Admin Ruru here! (Admin Jane doesn’t update much cuz she’s busier than me. ;~;)
Sorry for the really late update! Admins have been rushing schoolwork and CNY preperations, so do understand ^^;;
Hope your CNY celebrations have been fun so far !
Anyway, this post will be about our project at SS3SG ^^ It’ll be kind of like a fanaccount, lol.
We’ll start with the banners first.
(Did you spot me? I was quite prominent wearing a black cap on day 1. ^^)
I arrived at the SIS at 6.30 am on the first day..I was among those in the pen Bmoshpit queue when our banners were given out with the help of Truly Elfs. ^^
I’m really grateful for them helping us out because those who queued the moshpit would know that it was really difficult to get that 15 mins break . The distribution couldn’t have been done with out their help.

I was really surprised and happy to see so many people rushing to get our banners. It really warmed my heart to see so many people wanting it.

As the donators who wanted to collect the banners know, i had some difficulty in meeting you due to queueing in the moshpit. I apologize for making you walk in the rain and finding me at the bac of the stadium. I really didn’t expect it to be so difficult for me to get out of the queue.
Inside the stadium, it really warmed my heart to see people waving the banners ^^ although.. there was a slight lack of banner waving once SS3 started.Too many people were engrossed in taking fancams/ pics.

For day 2, I queued for the moshpit really late, so I wasn’t sure if the banners were distributed. I hope they were , I kind of noticed a major lack of banner waving on that day. But it was all good, because Sungmin was right infront of me when I held up my banner. :D :D
If you received a banner on day 2, please tell us so that I can clear my doubts >__<

I’d like to say our banner part of the project is not a failure, but not a success as it could have been better. At the very least, I’m sure Sungmin noticed our banners because someone informed me that they were able to pass one to him.
As for the scrapbook, we didn’t manage to complete it in time as there were some problems in putting it together. I apologize to everyone who contributed to it because I’m the one who was incharge of doing most of it and I didn’t manage my time well enough.
The security was also very strict and we didn’t want to hand it to a 3rd party, aka, a security guard/RITS, because there was a chance they may not pass it to him.
I know Sungmin was given a scrapbook on DAY2, but that IS NOT OURS.
We will ensure that the scrapbook goes directly to Sungmin or at least, one of the members. When the scrapbook is completed, we will hand it over to Truly Elfs, who are headng to Korea in April and will help us pass it to him. I apologize that the scrapbook will be given to him late , and not while he is in Singapore.
We’ll definitely post pictures of the scrapbook when it’s completed , so do wait until then.

Our donation period and fanart scrapbook submission period is now CLOSED.

A reminder to all donators,
Please send in your message to Sungmin for the scrapbook by WEDNESDAY 26 January, as we need to print it out and decorate it for our scrapbook. Any message received after wednesday may be ignored.The list of donators can be found via the donate button on our sidebar. So do check if your name is up! We’ll contact you reguarding the banners by thursday.

The 14x40cm banner will be given out to both PEN A and PEN B moshpit with 500pieces at each pitt (previously was 500 for penB ONLY)^^ It will given out to those in the pen nearer to the stage to that it’ll be easier for Sungmin to see.
Do remember that this is to be held up during his solo! :3
If you’re not in the moshpit; don’t worry! You can still be part of this project by printing out the A4 version of the sign HERE.

[NO REVEALING CLOTHES/NUDITY ALLOWED. NO HOLDING OTHER SIGNS ALONG WITH IT OR IN THE BACKGROUND. THIS IS SOLELY FOR HIM.] I don’t see any reason for you to edit it unless you have a huge pimple on your face or the colour is off so please don’t use any special effects/edit on it.

FANCHANTS & PROJECTS FOR SS3 SINGAPORE
Truly Elfs is consolidating a list of projects that are planned for SS3 Singapore!
Do check it out HERE . (It’ll still be updated along the week so check back frequently)
There’ll be lots of projects going on, LeeTeuk, Heechul, SG <3 SJ, so check it out ^^
Also; practice singing MARRY U. This is what the ELFs are singing to them before the concert.
You know the tune by heart; you know the meaning of the words (via english translations xD) so practice it so that we can all sing this to the boys !
They’ve also consolidated the fanchants that we’ll be doing at SS3 Singapore HERE.
If you’ve watched enough SS3 fancams; you’ll also hear the ELFs’ voices in the back ground accompanying the boys.
Do note that fanchants are one of the most important things we can do to support the boys. Shout it out LOUD and fill the indoor stadium with our voices.
It’s really easy to learn if you’ve spammed suju songs before. The lyrics of the song are already in your head. It’s just singing along or shouting their names ^^
If you think you’ll have problems learning; do comedown to the fanchant session organised by Truly Elfs this saturday and sunday! (22 and 23 Jan 2011). There’ll be a group of ELFs there shouting it out loud :3 Not to mention SJ related rpizes if you do it LOUDLY!
They’ll also practice marry u , do come for better practice at it! ^^

GOING FOR SS3 SINGAPORE?
Just a heads up for everyone going for SS3 SINGAPORE;
Truly Elfs will be having a fanchant session this SATURDAY(22/01) and SUNDAY(23/01).
This is the last weekend before SS3; the last chance for ELFs to meet up and practice.
Do participate! We’ll be practicing fanchants for Bonamana,Noother, Sorry sorry and U. We’ll also be practicing singing Marry U ; which we’ll be singing BEFORE the show starts. PLEASE SPREAD ABOUT THIS.

The new design of the 14x 40 cm handheld banner!
It’s changed because i had to remake it ;_;
I was using photoshop at first but the printer needed an illustrator file so i had to re do it. ;_;
Oh well. Anyway, all donators will receive one of the 14x40 cm handheld banners . (Collection will be arranged asap).
The rest of it will be distributed at the venue to pen B people. ;_;
Do support us by printing the A4 version if you’re not part of pen b!
We still need around $40 more in donations so that we can print this so please help us out?
Also, If you wanna submit something for our scrapbook, look here for more information. There’s not many people submitting so you have a good chance of your drawing inside. ;)
